03/19/2015 #06 - During the pouring, a vibrator is periodically immersed in the concrete to ensure there are no air pockets. That’s Jesse operating the vibrator who in his other life is the Plaza House Manager. He has a busy man lately because he also helped the Philharmonic Production Manager, Carl Rendek, a couple of weekends ago at outdoor concerts.
