One of the ways by which the Friends raise money for the Orchestra is to host events throughout the year. The events include Galas and Parties, up close and personal gatherings with OPO guest artists, and the Friends Musical Insights Series. Events are open to all and all proceeds benefit the Orchestra.
You can make reservations for Friends’ events in two ways:
- Order and Pay On-line – Click the “Click to RSVP” for the desired event, fill out the form and click on “Submit” to process your payment..
- Order and Pay By Mail – Click on the “Download Order Form” button below, print the resulting PDF file, fill it out and mail it along with your check to the address shown on the printed form. Please note that your order and payment must be received at least 5 days before the event.

You're invited to our Pajama Ball
That isn't really a ball at all.
No tux to rent or dress to buy,
No place to go with your gal or guy.
Just a fun way to support the Phil,
It's easy to do and great for the till!
So don't mark your calendar, don't save the date,
And don't worry that traffic might make you late.
No need for a limo, you won’t be chauffeured,
Just help the orchestra, don’t be deterred!
Not attending the ball will put you at ease

Enjoy a sumptuous plated brunch served at your table in the theater, with a private screening of Netflix’s Maestro. The film has been praised as “a love story as unruly, passionate and expansive as the flawed and fascinating people at its center.” (Washington Post) Our guest of honor is Jamie Bernstein, renowned author, broadcaster, and daughter of Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the man behind the music through the twin perspectives of his daughter and a beautifully-crafted film.
